Mayor development on a narrow site near highway comprising a number of uses that generates a Medical Complex type of project.  The Design Program includes a section of Assisted Living, a section of Independent Living units, a Hotel for visitors, Medical Offices and Clinics for patients, and a multi-level parking deck.   The design allows for the different uses to be completely independent while simultaneously providing a smooth and unbroken interconnection between each of the uses in the development.
